Development of leadership agenda

Agenda

Communication may be the first and last major tasks of a senior leadership role, … our team has extensive experience of managing executive changeovers.

Our principal, Rolf Olsen, served more than 10 different presidents client-side in two Fortune 50 companies, and part of the process was to launch them with success and ensure a positive legacy.

The development process for a leadership agenda begins with the ‘moment of truth’ – the executive’s first critical days in post – but it is also about helping the executive create a durable tool for management and communications, an agenda for communications leadership.

Working together in the studio we create the leadership agenda by using interview techniques, analytical capability and sound awareness of how to capture media and stakeholders.
